Cannot Login To Account
I just purchased an entry-level VPS, my first from Linode. I'm looking forward to using the account but the login that I created during setup is being rejected as invalid.
I tried to use the 'reset password' function, but the system could not find any record of my account by email address or by username/invoice number.
I'd submit a ticket, but I can't.
Any help would be swell.

It looks like there was a separate "Account Activation Email" that trailed the invoice-related ones by a couple of hours.

Your account has to get verified before it is created, so you might ave to wait a bit.. Typically its a few hours, but not too long

Guess I figured since the card was charged successfully (like the payment notice indicated) that the fraud team was satisfied.
It's all good though, I'm in now and this is a really cool system. Multiple distros on one VPS?? 2-3 minutes to add or remove them?? How did I ever live without it?!
