Do linode have option to compress,convert,thumbnail and watermark a video uploaded

Do linode have options like compress and convert the video file format when users upload videos through mobile and web apps. Also to generate thumbnail and add watermark to a video?

Innately, no. A Linode is a computer with an OS. Period. You need an app to do all that. If you have such an app that runs on Linux (provided it's not pirated, sends phishing emails or tries to hack into other peoples' systems), I don't see why you couldn't run it on a Linode.
