In order to use Chrome on a Linode, you'll first need to install a GUI or desktop environment. Linodes do not include a desktop environment by default because they use significantly more resources, causing slower performance than you would expect to see on a local computer. We have another Linode Community Questions post that explains the pros and cons along with some options for desktop environments:

How do I install a desktop/GUI on my Linode?

To install Chrome, you would follow their instructions for installing on Linux here. You can use Chromium (from the standard Ubuntu packages) or another default browser to perform the install from the GUI, or you can follow this guide to use wget to install Chrome from the command line.
