How do I work my fully qualified domain name and my root domain to a website
I hosted it jungle website using Apache server and I bought a domain name from GoDaddy. So the thing is that my fully qualified domain name is showing my website but my root to domain name is not working please how can I link it to the website.
For example
www.domain.com = Works
domain.com = Apache default page

There may be two issues here:
In the Linode DNS manager, you need A/AAAA records for
- domain.com
- www (n.b., this should not be a fully-qualified domain name)
in that order.
- In your apache2(8) configuration, you need to have
ServerName domain.com
ServerAlias www.domain.com
within your <VirtualHost>...</VirtualHost> block.
