$100 credit not appearing on account

I signed up to Linode with a referral code from this YouTube video (https://youtu.be/ZhMw53Ud2tY), and for some reason my $100 credit isn't showing up in my account. What do I do?

We've seen this occur when a browser extension or ad blocker unintentionally interferes with the signup form. As the Community site is geared more towards general Linode and Linux topics, account-specific issues like this are best addressed by opening a Support ticket.
