Certificate Server Request

HOW CAN I GET Certificate Server Request FROM LINODE?

If you mean certificate signing request, you don't get these from Linode, you have to generate these yourself depending on the instructions from your certificate authority based on your domain name. You control what your domain name is. Linode controls what your IP address is. The relationship between the two is maintained by your domain name registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Verisign, Linode, etc).

If you are using Let's Encrypt, these are generated for you automatically by the Let's Encrypt client.
