We do not currently support file uploads to our Community Questions site. If you need to display an image, it would be best to upload it to another platform and provide a URL to the image file.
If you haven't done so yet, you will want to reach out to Support by email at support@gmail.com. The Community Questions site is a public forum, which means it is not a suitable platform for handling account issues.
