Why is the url https://google.com or any url blocking outgoing emails from ubuntu server if you have a solution to solve this problem?

Also, your server must be a good netizen. If your Linode hasn't implemented at least SPF and DMARC, Gmail is going to reject your mail. This is true in varying degrees for all the other big email providers too (Comcast, M$, etc).
SPF is a near-universal requirement these days. DMARC is quickly becoming so. DKIM, while important, is much less critical.
In short, Gmail will think you're a spammer until you do this. If you're trying to use Gmail as your MTA using some WordPress thingie, you probably have your WordPress thingie configured incorrectly.

Your IP address may be blacklisted. You can check this with:
https://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx
You can effectively ignore UCEPROTECTL3…all of Linode lives on UCEPROTECTL3 (they blacklist entire ASNs -- every IP address, v4 or v6, assigned to Linode). UCEPROTECTL3 is a shake-down scheme. There are several other threads that discuss this extensively. Search on "UCEPROTECTL3".
