Help me with linode + phpbb forum configurate..

Hi, my name is David from Colombia, i have phpbb forum allocate in linode arch linux..

I am new, i no know only linode, i nned help in his point..

1. How connect Linode+arch linux with
   my windows 10, I have all credential superuser?

2.How update all instances linode+arch linux --php mysql etc..

1. How enter to mysql and extract database emails in this case is phpbb in mysql--
