Spam originating from your Linode

I have received the following email from Linode and I am not a developer. Has anyone encountered this before:

We have received a report of Spam originating from your Linode. This is most likely the result of a system compromise. If we have not heard from you in 24 hours, we may need to place network restrictions on your Linode to prevent further abuse.

In order to consider this resolved we will require the following from you:

If you could post the HEADERS of the example email that Linode sent you in their report, that would be helpful. Also, what email server do you use (postfix, sendmail, exim, etc)?

My guess is that your email server is an open relay. You might try this:

https://mxtoolbox.com/diagnostic.aspx

One of the checks it performs is for an open relay. Type in the domain name of your mail server (e.g., mail.domain.com) and click the button. You can post whatever it tells you here. That will be helpful…

Hi Steve,

Thank you for responding. Here is the header "ToS Violation - Spam"

Hostinger/Titan email service

That's all? You don't have the original message (with ALL the headers)? I need to see ALL the headers.

What did the MxToolbox link tell you? What email server do you use?
