24h with no response from support, and my linode is unaccessible

After a resize-up, my linode is unaccessible. 24h after I created the ticket, and linode ignores all my tickets.

Where are the linode staff?

This is a shame. My linode is 24h down.

I am from spain and the calling is not cheat. And my talked english is not good, so It would be genial if support be able any chat option.
