Why am I getting connection refused on port 2003 with Skytable on Linode?

ubuntu

I'm having a little trouble deploying Skytable. I have started the Skytable server following the guide here using Docker but whenever I try to connect to the database instance, I get an error "connection refused." I have opened the port on my Linode.

I am using Ubuntu 20.04 with ufw enabled

Does your firewall allow inbound traffic on port 2003?
