I did not receive my free credits on signing up

I just signed up and I don't have any credits in my account. Where are they as advertised?

Account-related situations like this are best resolved by opening a ticket with Support instead of polling the community. If you have the promo code, then you can follow these instructions for adding the promo to your account.
