Linode will only answer support questions about their infrastructure…Linodes, connectivity, etc. They will not answer questions about OSs (installation/configuration), app configuration, programming/development, etc.

If your support ticket was about the ssh issues that you asked about in this forum, those are clearly outside the scope of Linode's support.
