How do i sftp or upload my files with Glish

You can't… sftp uses sshd to receive files. sshd should be running already. There's nothing in this process that should involve lish/glish.

From the file source machine:

scp /the/path/to/the/source/file.txt mylogin@a.b.c.d:/the/path/to/the/dest/file.txt

(you'll be asked for the password for the account login; a.b.c.d is the IP address of the destination) or see here

https://www.hostinger.com/tutorials/how-to-use-sftp-to-safely-transfer-files/

for sftp.
