SSH login

I’m trying to login on the list terminal, when I paste the ssh login string from linode it asks for password and I’ve tried everyone that I know and it says incorrect login. What am I doing wrong? Jesse

You mean the lish terminal? If so, copy/paste shouldn't work at all so, if it is, you're pasting garbage. That's why it's asking for a password.

Try typing instead…

It was my mistake it was taking root with it to the next command but I couldn’t see it since password characters are invisible.
