Windows install
I have followed these instructions as well as the URL's below
So far, none have provided the install data
Does anyone know of a wget command line that will work ?
This effort is a bit out of my league so a consultant referral would work also

1) Create a new Linode VPS, the smallest Linode VPS will work so pick whatever size you’d like.
2) Once the VM is created, we’re going to make a single disk.
3) Now we need a Configuration Profile that will boot Windows.
4) Next we boot the VPS into Rescue Mode and access it via the Glish interface
5) Alright, we’re ready to do the transfer with the following command
wget -O- http://files.quanlyvps.com/filename.gz | gunzip | dd of=/dev/sda
I have tried these as well and none have worked
wget -O- --no-check-certificate http://95.217.208.220/windows10.gz | gunzip | dd of=/dev/sda
wget -O- --no-check-certificate http://173.255.246.243/windows10.gz | gunzip | dd of=/dev/sda
wget -O- --no-check-certificate http://files.quanlyvps.com/windows10.gz | gunzip | dd of=/dev/sda

The only URL that yielded any results for me was http://files.quanlyvps.com/windows10.gz
I got a You're IP has been banned message from CloudFlare. 95.217.208.220 belongs to a German ISP. 173.255.246.243 belongs to a Linode (probably yours).
I tried http://quanlyvps.com and discovered that everything there is for sale. Since the price is alarmingly low price for a Win10 image ($10), quanlys.com is certainly a pirate. Your VM will pop up as unlicensed when it phones home to Galactic HQ (as all good Windows installations do when they're far away at sea).
I'd steer clear of them unless you want to bring the wrath of the Empire down upon you…as well as violate the Linode TOS.
