Accured charges even though i have credits

I have 100$ credits yet I do have some accrued charges. Is that going to be covered by the credits or will I be charged for it?

Accrued charges refer to the cumulative amount you have accumulated for the services you actively deployed. On the 1st of the upcoming month (specifically, July 1st in this case), this accrued balance will reset, and the corresponding amount will be invoiced to you. Once the invoice is generated, Linode will deduct the due amount, starting with any remaining promotional credits, followed by the default payment method on file.

tl;dr here is Linode will first deduct from any remaining promotional credits prior to charging your default payment method.
