Unable to login to WP after changing URL

I was having issues with the domain not connecting correctly. I have the nameservers pointing from namecheap to linode. I added the iP address from the linode instance to the A records. Still nothing.

I went into my wordpress settings and thought that updatating the Url would work instead of the ip address access. This ended up making it so I can't access the website because the Domain isn't connecting for some reason.

Contacted Linode which they said the DNS is connected correctly but they can't assist with wp related issues.

Now I am attempting to access the cpanel or phpmyadmin via linode instance to change the password. I installed both instances but I have no clue how to get through the cpanel. Created an account. Got to the WHM main page. Not sure if I'm supposed to purchase a license inorder to access the phpmyadmin through it.

Ended up connecting the ns recorder to the current domain. Not sure if this will connect the cpanel to the current domain.

Also, I can login to the phpmyadmin via the linode instance ip.adress./phpmyadmin. However, I'm not sure how to go about connecting the WP database to this..
