sudo always sends an email to root. Even with no mail_always

I installed Postfix in an Ubuntu x64 image. Whenever I sudo, it fires off an email to root. Sudoers doesn't have mail_always set (which can only be set, not cleared). It's like it was compiled in.

Anyone else got this issue?

Are you sure it's sudo sending the email and not another monitoring program?
