What if I wanted to pay yearly for the benefit if extra disk space and no sign up fee but needed to test before signing up?

Do I sign up with the full yearly rate then get it refunded if I am not satisfied? Thats a lot of money to risk.

I've also been having my server hang with the previous supplier, are you aware of the dev/kmem issue and is it being resolved?

The /dev/kmem issue has been resolved. As for testing, you could always pay for one month and then upgrade to a full year after the first month. Then it isn't quite so much money. Perhaps Chris would be willing to defer the setup fee until the end of the month so you don't have to pay it as long as you upgrade to yearly at the end of the month. Though, I'm just a happy customer ;)
