Unable to login Ubuntu 10.04lts

Hello all,

Just signed up for the first time, and am setting up linode. I have been following the guide, and use putty to SSH to my profile. I have not been able to login however, as it tells me that the password is incorrect. I am 100% positive it is correct, and have rebuilt once just to be sure. Is there a reason why this would be happening?

I copied the ssh access under Remote access -> Network Access - > Public Network and pasted it to the Host name or IP address slot of putty. I left the port as 22, which was the default.
