Search: Support engineer for hire, US time, Django+Linode
Please point me at the correct forum if this is not it.
We are a Dutch company with a Django+uwsgi+nginx+postgresql+SOLR product on a growing number of Linodes (each services a different client). We're currently investigating support options, and will probably go for Linode Managed in order to keep the machines and their services up and running 24/7. However, we would be interested in a support engineer that could answer the telephone / email when our US clients call, and diagnose / work-around problems in our stack and software that might pop up during the US daytime (when we are having dinner, beer, and generally sleeping).
Do you know of such support engineers and/or companies for hire?
