Yes! Cloudflare can provide DDoS protection for any size website, as it's a reverse proxy service. Instead of DNS pointing to your Linode's IP address it'll point to Cloudflare's IP address and Cloudflare will then direct the traffic to your Linode. As long as you don't use your Linode's IP address anywhere else in your DNS, attackers won't be able to target it directly.
