Annual billing

Sorry, my billing is no longer in my payment area. Normally the annual pass was renewed on 1 September. Now I've seen that you take the cost of space monthly. Why?

Hi @compactfranci - We switched over from prepaid billing to monthly/hourly billing at the end of March 2019. There are a few reasons we did this:

  1. Hourly billing allows you to pay only for the services you used, while also offering a flat, monthly price. Also, prepaid billing is now an unmaintained, legacy system, and it's not advantageous for us to maintain both prepaid and hourly billing. (Hourly billing has been the only option for new signups since 2014.)

  2. There are some additional features included with monthly billing that weren't previously available to prepaid users. For example:
