Files not getting downloaded or open to edit

Yesterday I changed root password and the booted the linode now am able to connect to linode but not able to open files.

  • What is the error message you receive when you attempt to open your Linode's files?
  • Are you attempting to access the files from within your Linode itself or are you using another application?
