Database cant read.

We already purchased a plan. But it cant read our database. What should we do?

This will give us a little bit more insight into what is going on with your Linode. We'll also be better able to provide you with specific next steps to help you investigate the issue.

"It cant read our database" is not useful info. What exactly are you trying to do and what is the actual error message?
