Why do I get multiple invoices every month?
I get an invoice partway through the month. Why is this happening and how can I lower the amount of invoices?
Each account has a default limit for invoices. When your services hit that limit, an invoice is generated. This helps to alert to any unusual billing items, such as increased network transfer. If you'd like to receive a single invoice each month because you anticipate that your services will cross that limit frequently, just open a Support ticket and we'll be able to raise it for you.
