Service call management system suggestions

Hello, I am looking for a service call management system for my company.

Something that lets us manage our service calls online.
Where we can see what calls are open, waiting, etc.
Where we can post notes, etc.

I was hoping Linode would have a 1 click app for something like this but I did not see anything.

Any suggestions?
