Rejected Sign Up

I signed up and got told "my application was rejected" with nothing but a vague bunch of statements of which none applied.

I signed up with the card I'm holding in my hand.
From my address where I'm sitting typing this post
Using that IP address linked to my account via my ISP.

And you basically outright accused me of being a fake account.

Care to explain?

We understand this process can be a bit frustrating. There are several potential reasons as to why a new account may be cancelled. To protect the integrity of our platform, we do not share the reasoning we use to come to these decisions. Signing up again is an option, while ensuring that the tips in the cancellation email are followed. You can also reach out to us directly at support@linode.com for a second opinion.
