Network Abuse Report - How to identify the issue

Hi all,

Linode has reported that the server has been compromised due to spam originating from it.In this case, linode team doesn't provide any email header to identify the customer, but in other cases they will provide all the details.

Can you help me out to fix this issue.

Hi @Vtiger-KV,

Tickets opened for spam complaints may now have a link to a shareURL at the bottom of the initial update. Navigating to the provided link will include some additional information on the reports received.

Under the 'Events' section there are headers for Date, Type, IP, and Reporter. To the right of the 'Reporter' name you'll find a small PDF logo. Clicking on that logo will provide more details on the report, such as the email headers.
