My Visa debit card is being declined, when changing my payment method

Hello,

I am currently changing my payment method to use my Visa debit card, however it gets declined even though i have enough amount to do verification, around 4 dollars to be exact.

I will be checking with the bank, however i wanted to ask in case i missed some details.
