Didn't receive 100$ promotional credit

I created an account using a referral link yesterday. but I haven't received promotional credit. This is my first time using linode. I really want to try out the platform. I already opened a support ticket. it's been 16 hours but I didn't get any reply. Is there a way to get that 100$ promotional credit?

I think I've located your ticket and responded to it. For account-specific things like this, working through a ticket is best, as the community isn't able to directly assist. Same issue here boss, i joined linode with networkchuck referral link. Promotional credit not showing up. Already opened a ticket few hours ago.
If you can help i would appreciate a lot.
