I want to create a server in India But why give me German ip

This could be the result of a geolocation database being out of date or a misconfiguration on our end. We publish a list of our geo-ip locations for geolocation databases at https://geoip.linode.com. You can check this list to see if the IP range is correctly set up on our end. If you're seeing something out of sorts, we'll be happy to send this along to our Network Operations team to get corrected. This would best be done by working through a support ticket.
