How do I remove restriction

I had my linode restricted due to malicious issues the ticket says that my linode had scanned other ips

which is something I don't know about but this was during the time i was installing geonode application on my linode via docker

i fail to see how this is related.

but I tried to follow the instructions to check my linode and make sure it is good but how to make sure about this?

The best way to connect to a Linode when you're having networking issues or there are restrictions in place is through Lish (Linode Shell). Lish is an out-of-band connection to your Linode, and you can connect via a web-based terminal shell, or via an SSH connection.
