Support in other languages than English
I am currently looking for a cloud host that is available in Japan and can support in Japanese language, so that my Japanese Team can handle support communication alone.
I also have an eye on the managed service.
Does someone have experience with using the support in a language other than English?

Hey Massan - since we're based out of the U.S. our Support team communicates in English. There isn't dedicated support for Japanese speakers at this time; however, we often communicate to non-english speakers through a translater via ticket/email. Most of our conversations with our customers take place through written formats, which makes language barriers a bit easier to overcome.
