Support Ticket Response Time Abnormally Slow?
I am new to linode and purchased the managed service. I put in a support request Sunday morning about a relatively simple migration request question and it is now going on Tuesday morning (day 3) with no response.
Is this normal? It is very discouraging when working on time-sensitive projects.
I’ve noticed they do seem to be abnormally slow to respond at the moment, I think they’re dealing with a large volume of requests.
Linode are one of the few cloud providers who offer telephone support. Numbers are on linode.com/support.
They’ve said on here before to give them a call if it’s time-sensitive.
If like me, you’re outside the US, they say to give them a ticket number as soon as they answer and they’ll respond back on the ticket to keep the call time down.
