I signup trough an affiliate link and i have the promotional credit but it s not in my balance
@Ins2138, we'd be happy to take a look at your account for you. To do so, you'll need to open a Support ticket from Cloud Manager. Opening up a ticket is the best way to get help with account specific issues since the Community Questions site is better suited for help with server configuration questions or issues.
For account-specific things like this, working through a ticket is best, as the community isn't able to directly assist with these issues. You could also consider another method of contacting Linode Support if you aren't able to open a ticket.
Normally if your promo code applies correctly, it will be visible within your Cloud Manager interface under the Account tab in the "Billing Info" section in a panel labeled "Promotional Credit". If this panel is not visible, your promotional credit either wasn't properly applied or has expired. In either case, reaching out to Support through a ticket is probably the best way to find information specific to your account.
