Resize Linod

Hi Dear Team,

I am using linod service of 8GB charges are 40$. I want to resize my linod from 8GB to 4GB package. I have the following question before doing this.

Can I manually take the back of linod 8GB, which can be restored in case of any issue?

Yes, this should be fine. Remember to shrink your disk before you resize to a smaller plan, I don't think Linode does that for you.
