sending emails
please does port 2525 also need lifting of block. I am using mailtrap.io to work with email sending and they use that port number.

We don't block port 2525 by default, so you should be able to send email via that port. If you're looking to have ports 25, 465, and 587 unblocked (as they are blocked by default for new accounts), you'll want to open a Support ticket with your request so our Support team can review it.
