Reverse DNS

For some reason my reverse dns doesnt seem to be working…..

When I go to webmin it does this

Error - Bad Request

This web server is running in SSL mode. Try the URL https://li-57.members.linode.com:10000/ instead.

it shouldnt be showing li-57.members.linode.com as the hostname….

And when I follow that link it goes to a server cannot be found page…

Have you set rdns in your linode manager? what's your ip?

Why would working (or not) rDNS have any effect on Webmin?

Use your public IP (https://11.22.33.44:10000) - does webmin work?

If not, your webmin setup is messed up.
