NodeBalancer questions

Dear Linode (users),

I would like to start using node balancers, but I have some questions about it:

If I use multiple load balancers with round robin DNS, will sessions still work?
Can I also add external (not running on linode platform) to the load balancers?
Where are the load balancers located? Can I have multiple load balancers over multiple locations?
