Can I host gambling site (non-US based) on linode?

Can I host gambling site like sportsbook or lottery targetted clients which are not from USA and also client not from the location of the data center like japan tokyo.

does it violate the tos of linode?

Hello,

As long as you are following US laws, you may do so. Linodes are under the jurisdiction of the US law, even if the Linode's owner or data center is not in the US.
