Explaining Linode CPU Dashboard data

Hey, I would like some help in understanding Linode CPU data. I have compared the data to two other sources, but it just doesn't tally.

Linode shows CPU usage at an average of 73%. When I look at htop data it shows load average of about 0.98 and when I look at chronograf/influxdb stats, it's averaging at 20% CPU usage. So why is Linode's value extremely higher than the rest? Thanks.

@oquidave I think this Community Question goes over the discrepancy between the Linode CPU graphs and reporting from applications installed on your machine.
