Hello there,

That sounds like a fun project! For video streaming applications I’d recommend deploying one of our GPU Linodes. Depending on the size and scope of your project, a Dedicated CPU might work as well. Check out our Video Streaming Solutions page for more information.

We offer Ant Media Enterprise Edition as a 1-Click deployment in our Linode Marketplace and our Ant Media tutorial will walk you through setting up an Ant Media server.

Ant Media Server is a powerful and scalable ultra-low-latency video streaming engine using WebRTC. It can be used to enable streaming any type of live or on demand video to any devices including mobiles, PCs or IPTV boxes. Main streaming protocol used by Ant Media Server is WebRTC and it enables their users to reach a latency less than 0.5 seconds while delivering the media. In addition, Ant Media Server also supports HLS and RTMP protocols.

To get more info on Ant Media and Laravel specifically I’d recommend visiting the Ant Media Community pages for info on Ant Media/OTT/Laravel. Another resource is the Laravel Docs site.

I did a bit of searching and I found a couple threads discussing Ant Media & Laravel integration:

Personally I find Reddit to be a great resource for tech information so I’d recommend searching the Ant Media and Laravel subreddits and post questions there.
