I didn't receive my free 100$ on linode

when i created my account on linode i didn't recieve any free credit

If your promotional code didn't apply during signup, you can first try to manually add the code from your Account and Billing Page in Cloud Manager.

If you see a link that says Add a promo code under the Account Balance section, then you can click that and add the code in the box that opens. Click Apply Promo Code and you should be all set.

If you don't see that box as an option, you'll need to reach out to our Support Team for help. As long as your account qualifies for a promotional credit according to our promotional policies, we should be able to help.
