Dropbox

Hey there.

I got Dropbox installed on my linode using the instructions that Linode provides here:

https://www.linode.com/docs/application … ge/dropbox">https://www.linode.com/docs/applications/cloud-storage/dropbox

However, after getting it going I see where it installs to the home directory of the user who is installing it. I'm wanting to put the Dropbox dir somewhere else (where I have more space allocated for stuff like that). So basically, how can I..

a) Move the Dropbox home directory after it's been installed, or..

b) Install dropbox to a different directory except default of "home dir of currently logged in user".

Dropbox has a decent amount of space I can send my server backup files to, and I think I want to use them as my backup source. But I would prefer the Dropbox dir be somewhere else besides /home/myacct.

I'm a bit of a n00b with this stuff, so if you know the answer, the easier the list of steps the better. Danke. :)

Figured out my own solution. Used a symlink. :)
