Linode and Domain question

I currently have a linode and domain setup.

ie:

abc.com on LINODE A

I am looking to get another linode (LINODE B)

Am I able to configure abc.com so that abc.com will use LINODE A

but sub.abc.com will use LINODE B?

Just tell DNS what it needs to know.

us.example.com. A 10.10.0.28

eu.example.com. A 10.10.0.29
