Are there any new hosting plans in the pipeline?
We had to upgrade our mail server to the 24gb plan as we ran out of storage. Are there custom plans available?
E.g our mail server doesn't really require the 24gb RAM; 12gb is fine, but we would like double the SSD space

If you just need additional storage space, you may want to consider adding a Block Storage Volume to your Linode. With this service, you can add a Volume up to 10,000GiB in size for $0.10/GiB per month. Feel free to check out our guide and recent blog post for some more information:

Right now, new Volumes are only available in the Fremont datacenter. We'll be working to introduce availability in our other datacenters soon, so keep an eye on our blog for any news!
Was there an ETA on the Block storage for UK data centres?
We are planning on a 2nd quarter, 2018 deployment for Block Storage in our London data center.
We do not have a specific date to share, but you can keep an eye on our blog for any updates or announcements regarding the availability of Block Storage in additional data centers.
