No response to support tickets

I switched to linode because my previous host never responed to support tickets. After signing up with linode I submitted a ticket to get a DirectAdmin license. After more than a week my ticket hasn't been repsonded to.

Based on the comments on IRC I susect that caker is out of town and doesn't have a backup – so you might want to consider another alternative if you need support

I agree some tickets there are slow responses too however I'm sure caker at least reads everyone of them rather quickly as urgent matters he always seems to handle very quickly.

Regardless the service is great for what you pay. The webpanel rocks you cant understand the excruciating agony when all you need is a simple restart of the server and the support guys take 24+ hours to do it.
